Collecting Tickets from Box Office
Has anyone ever collected Tickets from an Away Ground Box Office?

Especially Old Trafford?

Like a knob i lost my 2 tickets during the shit day that was Spurs Away.

I have arranged to have replacements ready for collection but i wont be the one collecting as i'm not going.

I have called both Old Trafford and our Box Office to let them know but every-time i call i get different answers. I will be giving my mate who is collecting some utility bills of mine along with a copy of my drivers licence and season ticket to prove he does know me and that it is legit.

How much of a drama do we think it will be?

Re: Collecting Tickets from Box Office
You need to call our box office and go on the duplicate ticket list. Then you will need to take ID to the United box office and you will be able to collect your ticket from there.

Get there early, take ID and reference number. You should only need to confirm postcode and address though. Did this for villa the other year after bypuying a ticket off here, as long as he's polite and doesn't boot off if they say no at first will be fine. Keep your phone on too in case he needs to confirm details...
